In dieser Session gibt Eberhard Schlömmer in der Theorie einen kurzen Einblick in die 4 Module von Functional Movement  Systems, kurz FMS. FMS hat international in den letzten 20 Jahren die Sichtweise auf funktionelle Bewegung und Krafttraining maßgeblich verändert. Viele Experten setzen auf das System und konnten aufzeigen warum in einem Umfeld von Gesundheit, Fitness, Rehabilitation und Leistungssport die Themen Messung, Datenerhebung und Interpretation so wichtig sind.

Welche Messungen für uns Trainer und Therapeuten wirklich relevant sind und wofür wir die gewonnen Resultate in der Praxis praktisch und sinnvoll nutzen können. In dem Hands-On Abschnitt wird Eberhard Schlömmer an Hand von einigen live Bespielen Elemente des Functional Movement Screen und des neuen Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS) vorstellen. Aus den gewonnen Ergebnissen wird dann ein Paket aus Korrektur-, Wahrnehmungs-, funktionellen Kraft- und Technikübungen zum nach- und mitmachen erstellt. 

 

 

Warum Krafttraining heute nicht mehr kompliziert sein muss, sondern wieder funktionell sein darf. Oder einfach gesprochen:  Zurück zu den Anfängen. 

Dir ist es sicher auch schon aufgefallen. Viele Neu- und Wiedereinsteiger bringen heut zu Tage die einfachsten Voraussetzungen nicht mehr mit. Oft mangelt es meist schon an den Basics von Beweglichkeit, Kontrolle und Kraft. Die Ziele sind jedoch hochgesteckt und Glaubenssätze wie „Viel hilft viel“ und „No Pain No Gain“ sind immer noch in den Köpfen verankert. Sowohl beim Kunden als auch beim Trainer. Daher basieren viele Trainingsprogramme heute immer noch auf den Errungenschaften und Erkenntnissen aus der Bodybuildings- und Leistungssportszene der 70er – bis 90er. Ausgeklügelte Satz- und Wiederholungszahlen, raffinierte Intensitätsstufen, komplexe Ernährungspläne und teilweise „radikale“ Lifestyle Anpassungen bilden meist die Eckpfeiler dieser „Sagen umwogenden“ und „intelligenten“ Programme.

Heute dürfen und müssen wir einen anderen Blick auf den Trainingskunden werfen. Warum? Weil viele nicht die Rechnung mit klassischen Naturgesetzen menschlicher Bewegung und der Biomechanik gemacht haben. Überlastungssyndrome, Überbeanspruchung, Verschleiß und Schmerz sind leider zu oft und zu schnell die Folge vieler Trainings-, Fitness- und Wellnessprogramme. In dieser Session wird Eberhard Schlömmer das Thema „Bewegung“  im Training etwas anders beleuchten und wie man mit den Basics funktionelle Kraft vielfältig und einfach entwickeln kann.
